Stupid Skiers Friday
Posted on July 30, 2010 | No CommentsWe've all seen this guy at the park. Just call him "Snake" because that's what he does. Flaunting all rules of park shrediquette and basic human decency (every 6-year old knows it's wrong to take cuts), he cruises in to this small step-up at half-speed totally cutting in on someone who had been waiting to drop, and disasters all over the landing, losing a ski in the process. -

Fortunately, Friday comes but once a week. -
Whistler, BC
Posted on July 22, 2010 | No CommentsWhistler BC is one of those places that everyone wants to ride one day. This mountain is bigger than anything I've seen. Whistler and Blackcomb peaks are 4900 and 5100 vertical feet (~1500m), so easily twice the height of most Ice Coast resorts, and much more expansive, too.
